Mark Owen

Operations Director
I live in the small Market Town of Desborough, Northamptonshire with my wife Kelly, children Owen, Eilidh and Florence, and Murray the cat. I have worked in the Hospitality industry for 30 year including nine years as a publican. I have been with Roslyns for 8 years.
I enjoy watching my son play football for two teams and days out with the family as long as they include stopping at a pub.

I live in a small village in North Yorkshire. I've worked in the hospitality industry all of my life in a range of roles from manager, multi-site operations manager and business owner. I have been with Roslyns for 8 years now and love working for a company so focused on making things better for our clients in what is a tough industry.
Outside of work I enjoy live music, woodworking and riding my motorbike.
Ben Darwin

Development Manager
I am originally from Leeds but now live in the lovely City of York with my wife, 2 daughters and our Dog. I have been in the licence trade industry for the best part of 25 years. I have worked in and managed a variety of venues, from back street boozers to town centre bars, hotels and Golf Clubs. I spent over 10 years of this as a Stocktaker and have been a BDM with Roslyns since 2017.
Most of my free time is spent listening to and playing music. I play Bass guitar in a Blues band and co-host a Blues radio show, along with organising a small festival in York.
Daniel Watson

Business Development Manager
I live in a market town on the border of Shropshire with my partner Rachel and our Labrador Rupert. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years, specifically with a catering and hotel management background. I have been with Roslyns for 8 years.
Outside of work I enjoy walking around the local area with my dog Rupert, finding new walks ideally with a good pub along the route to stop off at. I love to watch Formula 1 and attend race weekends wherever possible.
Alan Forrester​
Business Development Manager
I live in Falkirk in the central belt of Scotland, with my wife and two working dogs. I'm a passionate pub, restaurant, hotel and catering specialist with a broad commercial knowledge.
I've held positions covering all of Scotland and North of England as an Area and Operations Manager, having worked within the hospitality industry for over 30 years, 12 of these years as an independent hotelier.
Outside of work I enjoy the great outdoors and all that it has to offer.

Lee Goodship

Business Development Manager
I live in the market town of Malmesbury (where you will find England's oldest hotel!) with my wife, children and Lab George. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 27 years starting out as a chef in The Savoy to a range of management and multi-site roles also having run my own pub restaurants. I have been with Roslyns for 6 years.
Outside of work I love live music/festivals, spending quality time with my family, country walks with George, playing squash and searching for new gins to add to my ever-growing collection!
Russell Furlong
Business Development Manager
I live in the Northumberland town of Ashington with my partner Victoria and our German Shepherd cross Alaskan Malamute dog Bear. I also have a 10-year-old daughter India who is my world.
I have worked in the hospitality industry for 23 years working in various roles in Branded and unbranded pub restaurants, for most of these years I was a General Manager.
I joined Roslyns in 2016 as an experienced stock auditor and became a Business Development Manager in 2022.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time converting my Iveco minibus into an off-grid campervan. I have most recently taken up woodworking and have made a couple of cabinets and a shelving unit to date.
Jonathan Watson

I Live in Tamworth (Central to Everywhere), With my partner Kathryn, and my daughter Olivia.
I have worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years starting out as bar staff.
For 7 years I worked in Hotels working different roles before becoming a Conference & Events Manager.
I worked for Roslyns as a Stock Auditor for 3 years before making the move to Business Development Manager in 2022.
Outside of work I love spending time with my family and following my football team Aston Villa around the country. (Usually Losing).
Martin Leman
Business Development Manager
Originally from Normandy (France) I have lived in Bexleyheath since 1998. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 17 years, including Hotel and Bar manager roles at the Connaught Hotel in Mayfair, Metropolitan Hotel and Mandeville Hotel. I was also the restaurant/owner of Chez Sophie at The Harrow near Sevenoaks, for six years.
Outside of work I enjoy Kitesurfing, playing the piano and riding my motorcycle on the open roads, but most of all spending time with my daughter Chloe and son Nathanael.
Laura Scott
Business Development Manager
I live in the heart of the Lake District with my husband, 3 kids, 2 dogs and a bearded dragon.
I have worked in and alongside the hospitality industry for over 20 years including events and bar management, wine sales and waste management. Venues I have worked in range from 5-star hotels and resorts to local pubs and a rugby club.
Outside of work I spend most of my time ferry my children to dance, rugby, football, and Air Cadets but when I do get the odd bit of time for me, I enjoy paddleboarding and walking. I am also appearing in my first pantomime this year (oh yes I am)!
