Roslyn’s boss to step down June 2018

Martin Roslyn will step down from his role as Managing Director of Roslyn’s Accounting Company Limited at the end of May 2018 to take up a new position as Chairman of the Board and Finance Director. Martin Roslyn said: “I have enjoyed a wonderful 26 years at Roslyn’s as MD, but feel now is the right time to take a step backwards and help Roslyn’s move forward from a more finance based role, this position will be a new challenge but one that will be less time consuming and allow me to spend further time with my family, friends and farm’. During the past 26 years as MD I have been proud to lead a Company from zero to a multi-million pound turnover, over 85 staff and close to 1000 clients. The business will continue to be a family owned business and move forward with the same values and beliefs that I have instilled over the years, one that puts the client first whilst ensuring the staff are well looked after and recognised plus maintaining and recognising our responsibilities to the local community. I am sure that our policy of taking on as many graduates and apprentices will be maintained so that we help the future of our industry as well as young people. I would like to thank my staff, colleagues and suppliers who have helped me through the last 26 years and helped make the company the market leading accounts, stock-audit and payroll company for the Licensed Trade.

Geoff has over 30 years experience within the hospitality sector including hotels, brewers, pubcos and ancillary services. He has managed teams and developed transformational change programmes. Over the last 7 years as Operations Director at Roslyn’s Geoff has helped Martin triple the size of the business through adding further service criteria plus value adding focus to our clients.
